Babalu Boutique accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal. Credit card orders are authorized on the day the order is received. Our online security provides ordering with maximum security and privacy. Please see privacy policy.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to California addresses.


  • Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 1pm PST will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm will begin processing the next business day. Every effort is made to ship your order the day it is received and once payment has cleared. Most orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days after your order is placed, via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Delivery time does not include weekends and holidays.
  • Personalized items may take 1-3 weeks to process and ship.
  • We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped and if any delays occur. Express service is available upon request. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly.
  • At this time we do not ship to International destinations, PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Orders will be automatically cancelled if there is no valid street address.

Return Policy

We at Babalu Boutique want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please notify us immediately via e-mail at within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Please return your item within 14 days of purchase. Please note that any returns received after this timeframe will be given online store credit only.
  • Returned items must be in new condition with tags on and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be free of smoke, perfume, and pet/hair odor. Any sign of wear or usage is at the discretion of Babalu Boutique and will result in termination of the return.

Hassle Free Returns and Processing

  • Request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Write the RMA# on the outside of the package when returning.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for cost of return and for any re-ship fees (these are non refundable).
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the mail and suggest you insure and keep proof of tracking information for your package.
  • Once your return package has been received by Babalu Boutique, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.


Due to health and sanitation reasons, all jewelry, hats, swimwear and lingerie sales are FINAL! Items that were personalized are not eligible for return/exchange. Handbags, Clothing, and Accessories, offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with a discount or a coupon code can be returned for an online store credit only.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75 and $100. Gift certificates can be used on any online store merchandise. Gift certificates are the responsibility of the beholder and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. You must present your gift certificate code at time of purchase/checkout. Gift certificates have no cash value and remaining balances will be issued via a store credit.
