Q: How do I place an order?

A: You may place an order online at www.babaluboutique.com.When you see an item you like and just can’t live without it, Click on “Add to cart” then continue shopping or when you are ready to complete your order click “view cart detail or check out now”. Make sure you have all the items you want in your cart and click “check out”. You may also visit us at www.facebook.com/babaluboutique.

Q: What is an E-Party and how does it work?

A: An E-Party is an online shopping party! The same concept as a home party except your friends can shop from the comfort of their own home. You just invite your friends and family to shop online during a 7 day “Party Week” of the dates you choose. You can send an E-Vite to them yourselves or we can send one for you. We send them a special voucher code that lets us know they are your guests. They shop their hearts away and you receive FREE products from Babalu Boutique! Simple, No hassle Fun! Still want to get together with friends? You can do that too by hosting a party, and shopping online together! Q: Do you ship internationally?

A:  At this time we ship only within the United States & Canada.

Q: How and when are items shipped?

A: If your order is placed before 1pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday, every effort is made to ship your order the same day it is received. If order is received on Saturday or Sunday your order will be processed the following business day. Most orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days after your order is placed via USPS Priority Mail. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped and if any delays occur. If you would prefer us using another method of shipping we would be happy to accommodate you. Just let us know at the time of your order and we will adjust the shipping charges accordingly. Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship to P.O. or A.P.O addresses. Orders will be automatically canceled if a valid shipping address is not provided.

Q: What type of payment methods do you accept?

A:  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We are currently accepting PayPal but you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to complete your purchase!

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has been shipped?

A:  Approximately3-5 business days

Q: How do I check my order?

A: Please email us at orders@babaluboutique.com with any questions or concerns regarding the status of your order.

Q: Do I need to pay sales tax?

A: Sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped within California.

Q: What is your return policy?

AWe at Babaluboutique.com want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please notify us immediately via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt and request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Please return your item within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items received after this timeframe will receive online store credit only. Items may not be returned without an RMA. Returned items must be in new condition with tags on and in original packaging.  Items must be free of smoke, perfume, pet hair/odor. Any sign of wear or usage will result in termination of the return.

Due to health and sanitation reasons all jewelry, swimwear and lingerie sales are FINAL!  All Sale and Clearance items are Final Sale. All personalized and special order items are Final Sale.

Items purchased with a discount or coupon code may be returned for store credit only.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping back to us and for any re-ship fees (these are non refundable).

We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages in the mail and therefore suggest you insure or keep proof of tracking information for your package.

Q:  Where do I send my Return/Exchange?

Clearly print your name, address and RMA# on the outside of the package in the return address area.

Q:  Can I cancel my order?

A: You may only cancel your order via email or telephone, up to the time the order is shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You may only return the order for an online store credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to and from Babalu Boutique.

Q: What if the Item is out of stock?

A:You will receive an email if the item requested is out of stock and no longer available. The out of stock item will be removed from your order and we will ship the item(s) on the order that are in stock.
